Correspondence made to Hugh Doughty, the president of Progressive Club, from William S. Picher, the president of Audubon Canyon Ranch. He first proposed the firearm ban (of hunters) boundary from Steep Ravine to tip of Point Reyes Peninsula but 10 days later on hand written letter of 3/29/1963; he proposed only to ban to Bolinas- Fairfax Road.
