3 page letter from Capt. Barker dated May 16, 2001. The cover letter is addressed to the Postmaster, Stinson Beach looking for a party interested in communicating to him about the life of Coast Guard stationed at Stinson Beach. The second and the third page is the copy of the original letter dated May 6, 2001, he addressed to Mayor of the town. Letter describes the life and activity of the Coast Guard unit stationed Stinson Beach during WWII.
