Scope and Content

Color photograph brochure to sell the property in Stinson Beach. The property was located on the south side of Panoramic Highway owned by Mr.. and Mrs. Fitzpatrick the producer of this brochure. It is titled, "Where The Mountains Meet The Sea, Stinson Beach. Inside of the front cover is titled, 360 Views, the Largest Buildable Site in Stinson Beach - 4.27 acres. The View will last forever, this opportunity will not.....Inside of the right hand pocket, there are three pages of photos; the areal photo of the 4.27-Acre Parcel, Site Map and Architectural Rendering of possible building. The inside back cover has the view from the site showing the panoramic view of Stinson Beach. Finally on the back cover, there is the areal photo of the site from afar, showing the beach, GGNRA Parking lot, Highway one, houses along the Panoramic Highway including the site shown inside dotted line. The caption reads 4.27 Acres Largest buildable parcel available in Stinson Beach. All the photos credited to Crint Graves, a local photographer.
