Scope and Content

Mary began coming to Stinson in 1926 (age 8) from Sacramento and describes the two routes. She recalls Willow Camp, Seadowns, Poison Pond (then called Blue Lake with snakes) and the hots springs at the south end of the beach. She and her sister Loretta have owned property on Calle del Sierra since the 1950s. She raised 4 children, studied art and specialized in sculpture in her later years.
