A postcard sent out to the possible clients from Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate announcing the agents, Victoria Love and the "M &M" team has represented the seller in the sale of the house, 312 Seadrift Road, the William Stimson family home; and asking for listing from receivers of the card. The front of the card has a water color of the Stinson Beach downtown commercial developments signed Sansom. It shows, the Surf shop building, Sand Dollar Restaurant, Oceanic Realty building and the gift shop at the corner of Calle Dell Mar.
