Description

Old postcard with title on front "A quiet Cove on the Lagoon near Stinson Beach, Marin Co., Cal. " followed by the numbers 4065. A penciled notation on it's back says "On way to Bolinas". The postcard Publisher is Edward H. Mitchell, San Francisco. The scene of the quiet cover is nicely framed by tree branches at the top and sea grasses in the foreground. A small beach may have one or two boatdocks and a small boat with one passenger is in the middle of the picture. In the distance to the left middle of the picture, you seen beyond the water the faint outline of the Bolinas cliffs. There is no road visible.
