Summary of Hydrologic Recommendations:
1) the restoration of the circulation pattern of the the Lagoon is considered mandatory for its survival over the long-term;
2) stabilizing the mouth of the channel to Bolinas Bay with construction of a jetty system;
3) construction of a series of groins to act as beach erosion protection, which will also widen the beach for recreational opportunities;
4) construction of a drainage gallery to protect against cliff erosion and install a sewage collection system on the Mesa.
