12) Recommends Bolinas be designated "site of historical importance" in order to collect "admission fees" from tourists; also to widen Wharf Rd, connect it with Brighton, and establish a shuttle/train system for people parked outside town; in summer residents would receive permits to park in town;
13) Immediate construction of a "summer harbor" for sheltering (and maintenance of) boats overnight or longer, and a permanent mooring basin be established adjacent to Bolinas dock and parcel adjacent to Kent Island;
14) Calls upon County of Marin, current steward of Bolinas Lagoon, to take agressive action in seeking funding from Federal, State and local agencies.
