Scope and Content

At the June 3, 1989 meeting of the SB Village Association the concept of a Village Green, on a downtown parcel owned by Proctor Jones, was first introduced by Jim Schwering. Suzanne Duerden and Shirley Inman worked with him to establish a committee. Web Otis & Carol Wagner were participants. The SBCWD ultimately became the grant applicants for technical assistance from State Park & Recreation.
