There had been water flooding from the Lagoon especially on the West side on Calle del Arroyo due to creek bed filling with sand and gravel and the small opening in the causeway. The Progressive Club was paying $55 in annual dues to the Community Center. Unanimous support for building a chapel. Desire for traffic signals at Airey's store because of traffic at park entrance. School taxes were going up and there may be double sessions or inter-district agreement with Bolinas. Chapel construction going on well. There was concern about tract style houses being built here. Continued support for the Dipsea race. Progressive Club opposed to lots of less than 1/2 acre. Thomas Tawns was elected president for the following year.
