Telephone exchange to be the same for Bolinas and Stinson. Discussion of Seadrift and The Highlands into one Fire District. Discussion of the task of getting all kinds of boats into the lagoon. No minutes from April to October. Hugh Dougherty was given the minutes and did not return them. Hugh Dougherty on committee for Sanitary District discussion. The issue was sewage system. More discussion about flood control.
