The Stinson Beach County Water District was formed reported Hugh Dougherty.
Hugh Dougherty was elected President and the office of Secretary/Treasurer was to be paid.
The idea of a four lane highway alone Shoreline was discussed.
The issue discussed was Scenic Highway vs. freeway development. Progressive Club is for Scenic Highway. Mr. Dougherty was a leader against freeway.Collection
