Scope and Content

Mr. Hugh Dougherty spoke of the difficulties encountered by the Club, feeling that the officers had served much too long and no membership was solicited. Kendrick Rand was nominated as the new President. People spoke about the Club and what it had done over the years and that it can be a viable organization. Mr. Rand said there was a need for a membership drive. Issues were July 4th celebration, dog problem, parking in town. The April meeting with school board candidates speaking was the last meeting.
