SBCC was able to purchase 2.5 acres adjacent to the Community Center through a generous donation by John Topham. Toby Bisson and many volunteers cleared the land, removed hazardous materials and prepared sites for fire department trucks and cargo container for Historical Society archives.
They built a stage & BBQ area. Future plans include bathroom facilities and refurbishing the old bard and milk shed.
This party was a thank you to the town for all their support.
