Description

18 King Street W was owned by Francis Bra now and his wife Evelyn. Francis was born in 1918 and passed away in December 2005. He was a volunteer firefighter and owned his own electrical contracting business, he also served in the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry in WW2 and later in the RCAF. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Battlefield Branch 662. Francis was the son of Lorne and Olive who owned the house before his son. His father Lorne was one of the first electric to one in Story Creek. This house was built around 1903.
