Declaration regulating Jews regarding money both borrowed and lent, the payment of taxes, business requirements, prohibition of Jews from outside the departments of Haut Rhin and Bas Rhin from establishing residence there, all Jews who are drafted must serve. General stipulations are that the decree will be in effect for ten years. Jews of Bordeaux and the departments of Gironde and Landes who have given no reason for complaint are not included in this decree.
