State of Ohio.
These articles of incorporation of the Warren Library Association witnesseth, That we, the undersigned, all of whom are citizens of the state of Ohio, desiring to form a corporation not for profit, under the general corporation laws of said state, do hearby certify:
First. the name of said corporation shall be The Warrren Library Association
Second. Said corporation shall be located and its principle business transacted at Warrren in Trumbull County, Ohio.
Third. The purpose for which said corporation is formed is the formation, establishment, and maintainence of a public library and reading room.

The State of Ohio, county of Trumbull.s.s on this 31st day of July, A.D. 1890, personally appeared before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public within and for said county the above named Marshall Woodford, B.J. Taylor, P.L. Webb, D.R Gilbert, and W.H. Kirkpatrick, who each severally acknowldged the signing of the foregoing articles of incorporation to be his free act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. Witness my hand and official seal, on the day and year last aforesaid

Chryst, whose name is subscribed to the foregoing acknowledgement as a Notary Public, was at the date thereof a Notary Public, in and for said County, duly commissioned and qualified, and authorized as such to take said acknowledgement; and further, that I am well-aquainted with his handwriting, and believe that the signature to said acknowledgement is genuine.
