Letter written by Simon Perkins to Andrew Kingsbury. Letter explains that Perkins was looking to acquire Kinsman land and talks about pricing for land.
Letter would ideally belong to the Kinsman House Collection. Currently, the Warren Heritage Center (who operates out of the Kinsman House) does not have the resources (i.e.professional staff, budget, or environmental monitoring conditions) to property preserve the letter.
Due to this, the current Sutliff Museum staff have decided it would be best to keep the letter and preserve it in our collection until the time comes when the Kinsman House can property care for it. Accessioned by Meghan Reed, Curator, on Sept. 22, 2015.
