Description

Flavel Sutliff writes to Levi Sutliff about a deed that he wrote up and should have left at Esq Allen's but did not because he forgot it. Milton sent out the deed and Flavel hopes that Smith is happy with it. Flavel asks Levi to have Thomas take care of a horse that is with a foal and mentions that Calvin will take its shoes off on March 1st. Flavel then writes about Giddings and a bill for the appropriation of a bridge over the Potomac and the removal of a clause for the government's stance on slavery. He also writes about an arguement between Giddings and Gloscock.
