Scope and Content

This is a speech delivered by Emily Hapgood, Curator of the Sutliff Museum at the Annual Meeting of the Warren Library Association on May 22, 1973. The speech chronicles the activities of the Museum during its first year and a half of being open to the public. The speech also includes stories Phebe Temperance was told about the Presbyterian Church, the bear cub story, a story about her sister, Mary, the grist mill story from Levi Sutliff's boyhood.
