JA Veagey writes to Levi Sutliff concerning a note Sutliff holds for him and that Samuel Helvering will give Sutliff an offer against the note. Veagey does not want this because and wishes Sutliff to reply about settling the note. Veagey has been ill of late and Helvering has been draining his pockets. Veagey would rather pay the note back in $10/$5 increments than give the whole amount at once to a man he sees as dishonest.
