This video work-in-progress explores the phenomenon of the “Midwest Stand-off”, showing a group of four drivers approaching a 4-way stop sign, who become stuck in limbo, politely but perpetually waving each other to “go through”. The video loops on a 1-hour cycle, presenting the viewer with no resolution to the drivers’ deadlock.Created By
