Woven by Irene Couchman Buzzard when she and Robert Buzzard lived in Tempe, Arizona. Given as a Christmas gift to daughter-in-law, Norma Heck Buzzard who was married to Charles Buzzard. She often wore it to receptions and dinners, even to a reception in honor of Vice President Lyndon and Lady Bird Johnson.
