Backstrap loom with purple warp threads. Loom includes front and back beam rods, one string heddle rod, one large shed stick/batten, four additional rods maintaining the crosses in the warp threads, a shuttle wound with purple weft threads, and a rod connected to the back of the weaving. Most of the rods appear to be handmade. The weaving structure is 1/1 plain weave, with certain areas of additional supplementary weft threads in blue, green, pink, red, and white.Collection
