Description

Wheel darner with convex top and bottom on bulbous handle which could also be used as a darner. Darner is enameled black and has two annular ridges at bottom of handle. Metal clip goes around side of the wheel to hold fabric in place. Clip reads "PAT'D DEC.18, 1900." Scratching at top of wheel from previous use.
