Description

Box of samples of bobbin lace pin templates and their corresponding examples of lace fragments. Templates are thin cardboard pieces varying in size, shape, and color. Each template has pricked holes that correspond to a specific pattern created by threads. Templates housed in a box with an advertisement for Belgian candy (unrelated to lace contents) and reads: “Aller Oogen Zijn Gericht Op KWATTA’S Manoeuvre Chocolaad.” Box also contains ivory colored glove stretchers.
