Famous since the Middle Ages for its paintings and moleskin, today the city of Chieri has become an international benchmark of textile art with the Fiber Art Biennale, which since 1998 in the Piedmont town attracts artists from around the world. During the various editions, many artists have donated their works, allowing the birth of a unique collection. The Civic Collection, made up of about eighty works, reflects the latest trends in fiber art and contemporary research. Text in Italian and English.
