When he was 18, Jacob thought it would be hilarious to learn the two quintessential grandparent activities - knitting and whittling. Whittling left many cuts on his fingers, but knitting proved very enjoyable and much safe. He currently lives in New York City and has managed to combine his love of knitting with his publishing career and works as an editor of knitting books and booklets!
