Description

From the book: "Woven Stitch is one of the most useful and popular of patterns. It is a knitting basic, with dozens of variations, and is adaptable to almost any kind of knitting. Worked plain, it gives a pretty texture; a handsome tweedy effect can be obtained by working it in two colors."

Notes

As a child, Pete had many beautiful hand-knitted items made by his gran. His mom taught him the basic knit stitch as a child but didn't really start knitting properly until he was 26. He knit this swatch while adjusting to his new life in Bristol and thinking of projects for his nephew.
