Slipped cablesEntry/Object ID

From the book: "The slip-stitch method of making cables is a useful one, and yields several pretty cable effects that cannot be obtained by alternate methods. Simple Slipped Cables resemble twisted Mock Cables but are a little neater and flatter. In all Slipped Cables the left twist is worked by dropping a stitch, knitting the stitches beyond, and then picking up the dropped stitch; the right twist is worked by skipping stitches temporarily in order to release and drop the crossing stitch, then proceeding in reverse order."Collection
