Porcelain bowl, decorated with a gold edge, surrounding an inscription in script (see inscriptions tab). Centered in the well of the plate is an American Eagle with a shield of stars and stripes and a gold oval decorated with a rope entwined anchor, surrounded by 20 gold stars.
