Tea cannister, made in India with Classical motifs, silver, 20th c.

Cylindrical cannister on a saucer is engraved with floral and geometric motifs in the western Classical style. The upper rim of the cannister has a beaded edge beneath a domed lid engraved with acanthus leaves and topped with a pin pineapple finial knob.
