Ecru felt hat. Tall and straight crown. Top of hat is rounded with a crease with a gold-coloured loop in center. Brim of hat is circular and turned up at outside edge. The brim has decorative stitching in black. Ivory sweatband.
Use
Worn by the donor for official events at Vancouver City Hall during the donor's time as a City Councillor, and in 1986 when she met Prince Charles and Princess Diana at Expo '86 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
