Description

Part A) White waffle weave polyester jacket. Notched lapel and flat collar. Single vent in centre back of jacket hem. One double-welt pocket on left chest. Two double-welt pockets on left and right front. All three exterior pockets are edged with a thin burgundy and a dark blue band. Jacket also has three double-welt pockets on interior, in same arrangement. Interior pockets are edged with thick bands of white waffle weave. Jacket is lined with white rayon fabric. Each sleeve fastens with a gold and red coloured metal button. Jacket fastens in front with two metal gold and red coloured buttons. Part B) Burgundy waffle weave poyester trousers. Pant legs creased. Slash pocket on both left and right front. Double-welt pocket on right rear and a double-welt pocket with red plastic button closure on left rear. Trousers fasten in front with a red zipper, two hook and bar closures, and an interior white button.

Originally bought by the owner in February 1974 to celebrate his 50th birthday.
