Part B) Black taffeta slip. Shallow V neckline and spaghetti straps. Empire waist is shaped. Scalloped hem. Cluster of white speckles on center front.
Part C) Black pleated belt with large bow. Belt fastens with hook-and-eye closures.Acquisition
