Description

Part A) Navy blue dress. Fitted bodice and gathered skirt. Mid-calf length. Consists of a semi-transparent blue gauze (?) layer over a purple and fawn synthetic interior. Gauze layer has high neckline and ruffled collar, three-quarter sleeves with wide and pleated edging on wristline, and similar edging on hem. Purple synthetic interior has illusion neckline, as both the shoulders and the upper front are made with fawn (flesh-toned) gauze. Dress fastens in center rear with zipper and hook and eye closures. Part B) Navy blue gauze (?) belt. No fasteners.

Use

Worn as a mother-of-the-bride dress by Vancouver-based designer Lore Maria Wiener.
