Full-length cuffed sleeves with gathers at cuffs. Cuffs have single red button closure. Shirt fastens down center front with five red buttons.
Part B) Matching skirt. A-line. Elastic waistband with gathers to accommodate elasticity. Two patch pockets on front of skirt. Elastic stiffened.
