Part A) Child's red and black cotton dress. Bodice is black, with a mock turtleneck and wrist-length sleeves. High waist. Skirt is red and black. Skirt is full and about calf-length. White styrofoam balls are attached along the outside edge of each sleeve and around the bottom of the skirt. Each styrofoam ball is topped with a reflective plastic circle and a clear bead. "Flash" zipper closure down center back of dress. Inside of dress is lined with ecru linen.
Part B) Red and black hat, similar in appearance to a fez. Circular, with a flat top and straight sides. Sides of hat are red and top of hat is black. White styrofoam balls are attached around the outside of the hat and one ball on top. Each styrofoam ball is topped with a reflective plastic circle and a clear bead. Black elasticated band is attached to left and right side of hat.
Part C) White cotton bloomers. Just above knee-length. Elasticated bands at waist and at bottom of each leg. Fabric is gathered underneath leg bands.Use
