Description

Hair sporran. Front of sporran is adorned with white hair (horse?) trimmed to a rectangular shape, as well as two dangling tassels made of silver metal and black hair. A faux metal cantle is fastened to the top of the sporran. The faux cantle is angular and engraved with thistle motifs. Rear of sporran is made of green leather and contains a square slit pocket outlined with white stitching and covered by a thin and pointed leather flap. Two metal split-rings are attached to the sporran, one on either side of the slit pocket. A black and light brown strap is threaded through a tab on the back of the sporran. The strap has a dark metal belt frame on one end. White hair is notably shedding.
