Part A) Black dress. Narrow "V" neckline. Shoulders are shirred and have shoulder pads inserted. Shaped elbow-length sleeves. At the left and right sides of bust, two scalloped bands of fabric have been cut out to reveal black and beige floral lace. "Lightning" zipper closure under the left arm. Natural waistline. Bodice has pleated gathers at waist. Skirt is A-line and calf-length. Decorative "apron" at front, of same fabric as rest of dress.
Part B) Black belt. Self-covered belt buckle, and five holes in belt at opposite end. Stiff interfacing.Acquisition
