Part A) Sea green silk sari. Embroidered across surface with gold and red lozenge shapes. Wide embroidered band in red, gold, and top near (right? left?) short edge. Long edges are edged with a band of gold, copper and taupe chevron-shaped embroidery, and are self-edged. Short edges are frayed.
Part B) Gold metallic damask bodice. Waist-length. High square neckline in front and low square back. Short sleeves with slit in arm opening. Darts at front bottom hem. "Flash" zipper underneath left arm, which fastens from bottom hem upwards.
Part C) Gold metallic damask jacket. Waist-length. Sleeveless. Scoop neckline with flat collar. Jacket is open down center back. Hook fastener at center rear collar, concealed below a self-fabric ribbon bow. Arm holes are fraying at edges.Acquisition
