Part A) Mustard yellow shirtwaist dress. Flat collar with points and notched lapel. Wrist-length sleeves with folded cuffs. Dress fastens at center front with 3 black leather buttons, and at left side under arm with a "Lightning" zipper. Skirt is A-line with a box pleated section in front. Two vertical slash pockets with decorative flaps at front of hips. Collar, pocket flaps, and cuffs edged with fancy black cord. Bust lined with pale orange taffeta. Darts at back of collar. Skirt has loose lining of rayon crepe.
Part B) Black leather belt. Curved slightly. Fastens with self-covered rectangular buckle with one tine. Back is faced with brown leather.
