Part A) Blue and white polka dot dress. Narrow and shallow scoop neckline, and straight wrist-length sleeves. Both left and right shoulder, at both front and back, have two vertical tucks that continue to the waistline, and then become pleats that reach to bottom skirt hem. Natural waist, shaped and with no seam. Skirt is A-line and knee length. "Talon" zipper closure down back of bodice, as well as on outside of both wrists. White chiffon lining.
Part B) Blue and white polka dot cloth belt, tied into a bow. Some tears in fabric.Acquisition
