Part A) Dark blue breeches. Square panel at front seat of breeches, fastened along the top and side edges with black metallic buttons. Button fly down center front of waistband. Suspender buttons around waistband. Slash pockets on left and right hip underneath square panel. Legs are Calf-length and tapered, with combination button and buckle closure at the bottom hem. Bottom hem of legs is edged with gold metallic band. Brown cotton lining waistband. Hole near left hip patched with blue velvet.
Part B) Brown leather and elasticated material suspenders. "Y" shape. Light brown leather button attachments. Elasticated bands are ivory with a geometric brocade pattern in brown and orange.
