10,412. Nowill, E. July 18. Scissors, buttonhole. The cut is regulated by the position of a nut c1 on a screw which projects from one of the shanks b, and registers with a hole b2 in the opposite shank b1. The screw has a head which prevents removal of the nut, but the nut has a recess for the head which enables it to project beyond.
