12,572. Braunschweig, H. A. July 12. Scissors. -- Relates to a combined garment hanger and scissors. Fig. 1 shows the device as a pair of scissors, and Fig. 2 as a hook to hang clothes &c. The branch B is hollow, and contains a spring B1, which acts on the lug A1 and is formed with a hook H. The part A may rest on a ledge or be driven into a wall &c. X. A lug A2 snaps into a hole B2, and holds the scissors in the closed position. A name plate P may be fitted to the branch A, and a small magnifying-glass to the branch B at S.
