Shears, sheep. Means are provided for regulating the power of the spring, especially in double-bow shears, to suit the strength of the shearer's hand. A screw stud A is placed below the junction B of the two parts of the spring for the purpose of altering their divergence. When applied to single-bows a spring somewhat like the centre portion of the double bows is attached to the side of the single bow, and adjusted by the stud.Cataloged By
