Scissors. -- A needle-case d, or holder for a pencil, penholder, or erasing knife, is pivotally attached to the inside of a bow a of a pair of scissors. To open the case, the scissors must be opened and the case turned into the position shown in dotted lines. The Provisional Specification states that in addition to the foregoing articles a corkscrew, screwdriver, or case for the same may be attached either pivotally or rigidly by a ring.Cataloged By
