Shears, sheep. The shears are formed so that they may be separated for grinding the blades. The bow A of one of the blades has attached to it a piece of metal B which carries two studs C. Two corresponding keyhole slots are cut in the end of the other bow D, into which the studs take, the end being slightly bent, in order to act as a spring and retain the studs in their place. If necessary, an additional catch may be used for this purpose.Cataloged By
