20,333. Weck, W. Oct. 9. Scissors. -- Relates to scissors, such as those described in Specification No. 8109, A.D. 1905, provided with devices to facilitate the tying of knots. One blade B is provided at the end with a hook C. The threads are passed round the nearly closed scissors as shown and the loops then slipped off. By pulling the ends D, the knot is tightened. The blade A, which is of the usual shape, passes behind the hook to sever the threads, the hook being sloped off at the back to allow this.Cataloged By
